YO-
I hooked up a Jeep Cherokee AC for my compressor and was wondering the psi output on that pump? also can i run the air directly to the locker or is it too much/not enough psi to run the lokcer?
And... where can i get pressure switch regulater to turn the pump off when it has reched the psi in the tank??
thanks a lot!
Derren-
If I remember correctly ARB recommends 85-100 psi. Just go get a regulator for the ARB line.

This guy did the same thing as you, I think
<a href="http://www.off-road.com/jeep/tech/body/york/"> (" 90-95 psi for now, putting the shut off pressure at just under 110 psi. If you're using this compressor to power your ARB air lockers, you must keep the pressure between 80 and 105 psi. ")
somewhere on there it has the arb psi. I think there are some similar writeups at www.shortwheelbase.com in the on board tech section.
Hope This Helps

DO NOT run the output of the A/C compressor direct. Those things can pump higher than you want your ARB to see. Put a reg in and adjust it to about 10-15 psi above where it engages. That should be around 75-85 psi. That's my quess anyhow!

IIRC, the ARB compressor comes on at 80psi and turns off at 105psi
here's a tip, hit nasvik's site www.jeepshots.com and read his writup. He also has links to some other good writeups.

This is directly from my ARB instalation guide:
"-Must supply a minimum of 85 psi
-The supply must never exceed 105 psi."

I use a 20# co2 tank setup for the ARB set @100 psi on a good quality welding regulator has worked flawlessly for 3 years....never a problem.......instant on and off......no compressor failures......simple 100% stable psi
