HP30 UCA bushing replacement

I'm in the process of trying to replace the UCA bushings in my HP30 and have gotten the rubber part of the bushing out, but can't get out the metal "surround" of the bushing. Any ideas as to how to get this out?

The replacement ones I have are the rubber bushing and the surround. Can I get just the rubber bushing and press that in? If so, where can i get it?

I have never done em' but I remember someone telling me to take a hacksaw blade and cut the inner metal sleeve in one spot and then take a chisel and collapse it in, I think Daystar or someone else sells poly bushings that go into the OEM metal sleeve

could be wrong though :D
