are you planning on running regular backspaced wheels on the rear, or is your rear from a dually, or do you plan on using spacers, or just being wider in the front than the rear.

If you use hummers front and rear with a dually front and a regular rear you will still be wider in the front.

I am considering hummer rims instead of converting my 60 and building a spacer for the rear from some old ff hubs.

I have also considered widening some 16.5 split rim budd type wheels and welding some of gunracers homemade beadlocks on them and running them turned in front and rear with spacer on rear.

Or I'll just spend the money and have my dually hubs turned down and run regular wheels.

Decision depends on cost, still gatherin info.

If you want WIDE.. how about a Dana 60 rear from an F250 van? I'm told they're 3" wider than the truck Dana 60s.

If they are like the 60's in dodge vans they are slightly offset to the passenger side, at least the one under gunracers big long border patrol van is offset.

Anyway I don't really want to buy an axle, I already have a 60HD from a dodge pickup that I got in trade for 4 60% tread 265/16 Michelins that I took off my pickup.

Thought I was really puttin the screws to old skeetshooter when I made that trade, until 2 days later when he traded the same wore out tires for a complete set of weld-on beadlocks, inner and outer rings, for 4wheels.

Thats funny how that turned out.

Im converting my dually hubs. Already have a D60 rear from a 77Ford F250 Xtendedcab with 4.10's to match the front.
