ford aod in jeep?

I know that the Ford manual trannies will bolt up to the amc i-6 and v-8. Will the autos, such as c-4, c-6 and aod bolt up as well?

No.

The manual trannys only bolt up to AMC bellhousings. Ford bellhousings, which are integral to all the auto trannys (except the C4 which won't bolt up to an AMC bellhousing either) do not bolt up to AMC engines.
