I will never understand how you get your wife to put up with all of the recent mods. You really do need to share your secret of always getting what you want :D
Chark 03-07-2002, 04:27 PM :p I think he might have a tongue like a dog....running on a hot day in August..
Josh 89XJ 03-07-2002, 05:39 PM Aww FAWK! That is a mental image that I just don't want to have.
On a more serious note:
Brent, when you were popping those D44 shafts like 80 year-old's hips, were you running stock shafts or did you have alloys in there?

spicer junk, nothing special, not even snap rings. at the moment I've got a short side spicer with 5-760's and snap rings, the long side I'm still running a shaft that the wife broke the joint in, ears were tweeked, but the joint still went in, I pushed it in with my fingers  , then welded the caps to the ears, still waiting for it to destroy its self, and then I've got a spicer/ 760/ snapring combo for it, but looks like the warn/ctm's will go in before I get a chance to finish off that axle.
how I get the wife to let me do all this: she works in the afternoons, so I come home from work, and head to the garage to do what I want, I start the project and she comes home, what you doing now? "breaking sheit" rolls her eyes and goes in. if she complaines, I'm allready half way done, or to the point of no return, so all I can do is finish and ask for forgivness :D much easier than asking permission ;)
