lala 03-06-2002, 07:05 PM My '99 burb has 72k mi and it won't shift up when floored from low speed or stop. It just winds out 1st or 2nd, then shifts when I let up on the gas a bit. Also I can feel a little studder when its winding out. I'd hate to have to take it to the dealer and have them tell me what all else is wrong (not) with it. PLEASE HELP! ranger 03-06-2002, 10:54 PM Whens the last time you changed the tranny fluid and filter? Do you tow heavy loads with it? I assume your warrenty has expired... There are some tranny shops that will look at your auto and give you a free estimate on what needs to be done. Call around and see what they will do for you.. We have a shop in town, Edco, the Manger there knows how to win customers, he is by far the best customer service oroented manager i have ever met. This guy will always get my business! :skull: | |
