Hey fellas, I lent my drill and two batteries to someone on the night of Saturday 07/23/05 under the assumption that I would get it back. They said they needed to fix a steering box on a Yota. Well I didn't see that person again and so I was hoping that I might be able to reach that person on this board. If you are the person who has my drill please contact me. Thank you.

Sounds like my guy that borrowed steering parts for his yota ( broken down on Big Sluice before buck ), that promised to return them... Been 3 weeks now...still no word from him. This really ticks me off, used to be that you could loan parts / tools and not have to worry about getting them back...

Yeah, the guy seemed nice enough and straight forward. Just hope he makes an effort to get it back to me.

i welded a yoda box up on the 24th just above walker. They seemed cool but offered me nothing witch is unusual for someone that is screwed. I never ask for anything so i left ............makes me wonder if its the same guys. it was a white yoda and they were with a ranger and a wrangler

Hey James, I'm the guy who borrowed your drill. We thought you would still be there the following morning. We passed by your camp around 10am and you guys were gone. Sorry about any inconvenience this may have caused you. I've been checking the board periodically to see if anyone posted about their drill and was hoping I could get it back to them. It was actually my friend in the white Toyota that broke. I was just trying to help him get out of a bind. I feel really bad about the whole situation and will get you your drill back ASAP. I called the # you posted and left mine with the person who answered the phone.
