A guy i work with told me to come pick up this 1ton 4x4 thats sitting around his house, free. All i know is its an automatic rig with a tbi 350 and the tcase adapter broke off apparently. Its gonna be a few days before i get over there with my trailer to get it but i was curios as to what tranny this truck would have.

is it a K3500 or V3500?

It won't be the 4l80, inless someone did some swapping. I have the same truck but with the 454, and it's got the turbo 400. The 4l80 didn't come out till 91.
