: need 72 FJ-40 Windshield wiper Schematic WOLF359 03-06-2002, 09:58 PM If anyone has their Cruiser tech manual handy (and a scanner) would someone mind posting or email me the wiring schematic for a 72 FJ-40. Tim. pontiota 03-07-2002, 06:42 AM I don't have a schematic but I just rewired mine and there is one hot for the low speed and one for the high speed (I hooked them up seperatly and they work but I've checked my chevy and they are both on together on the high speed so I'll have to try that). The other two wires are grounding wires one is ground all the time the other is a tripped ground when the wipers center themselves. If you have a OHM meter you can find which are the two ground wires and go from there If you need it I can check the wire colors for you later. I'm installing a new GM tilt column in mine and trying to figure out how I can make self center using the new column switch for the wipers.
