203 twin stick?... or 205 twin stick? You should probably be twinsticking the 205 since that's the rearward case, and the 203 is just a reduction box when running a doubler. Now that I think of it... can you even twinstick a 203?

On answering your question though, I do not have much help. Your question is quite vague.

Are you suing the whole 203 or just the front part as a doubler???

a 203 has a dual action shifter. 1 lever in the cab but in the sheet metal box it activates 2 linkages, 1 loc and the other is the hi low. they also use a collet type shaft, like a automatic comlumn shifter were two seperate actions happen indapendantly. blah what a mouth full.

you are right about the controls. i have an exploded but no listings. from what it looks like the longer inner tab is the locking tab and the short outer one is the hi low. ill get back to you when i find out more.

i got on ord's site. in the pic of the complete setup minus shifter, they have the longer inner rotated up to a 0* just to get it out of the way. the 2 0r 3 shifter uses just the short tab.
