This E-mail was posted by a guy at S10-4X4.ORG and I thought more of you would like to see it. Fabritech, not to be mistaken as FabTech, has been developing a bolt on solid front axle kit for the S-10 for some time now. We check in frequently to see how far along they are, as this will be the only kit available since StageWest quit doing them some time ago.

We are working on that kit right now. I really cannot tell you when it will be done, as it depends on how it goes as we get further into it. It should be no later than summer, but again, it depends on what we run into. It is still too early to speculate on the price. We try to be as competitive as possible, but this kit is going to entail some pretty intricate bracketry. It is going to be a coil spring application at first.
As for installation, any competent mechanic/4wd shop should be able to do it. It is completely bolt on, requiring no welding. Brackets locate off of factory holes. We can install it but I could not begin to tell you when I could schedule it in, as we are very busy.
The ZR2 frame is different. But we are thinking we will offer that one as well.
Thanks for your interest; please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

It is pretty much the same thing they say all the time, however, this is the closest to a release date they have given us. Sounds like they are getting closer. :smokin:
