Came with everything, but the tank. The mixer adapter was cast also and bolted right up. Don't know about mpg since it's offroad only, but I can drive a whole weekend about 10-14 hours on a single tank 8 gal, and still have some left. Power is still the same, don't really notice any difference except it runs at any angle now.
