You can visit here (http://www.vancopbs.com) and see the different systems we sell. You can also call or PM me for more information or a quote.

We’ll be giving $100.00 off any hydroboost setup, including customs. We’ll be giving $75.00 off any vacuum booster.

These are all brake booster and master cylinder kits that will increase your braking pressure from 50-250%.

Man that looks cool.

I've got an 02 Jeep TJ. My front brakes are stock. I did Rr disc using caddy calipers.

I'm gonna swap 1ton axles in the near future. I have Chevy Dana 60 front brakes and chevy 3/4 ton disc brake calipers for the rear.

Shouldn't I use different sized MC bores between those setups?

If it was anything but a TJ I'd say yes. I use a 1 ton master cylinder on all TJs, I am now anyways. There's cases where it might be more prudent to use a smaller master cylinder to get more sensitive brakes. However, the hydroboost puts out enough pressure even with a 1 ton master cylinder to be plenty sensitive.

TJs come with a duel diaphram booster. By the time they need my hydroboost the tire size or axle size is close to or already needs the 1 ton master cylinder. So I just shorcut it. This make sense?

I recently ordered two Hydro boost systems from Van at VANCOPBS. I ordered one kit each for my ’75 Scout II 4x4 and my ’73 Travelall 1110 4x4. They arrived yesterday. Before I ordered however, I lurked the boards and I did as much research as I could as far as price, quality and service regarding VANCO’s product. I did read rave reviews and I also had the opportunity to visit the shop in GLA in person before deciding to make the investment with VANCO. He and his family run a tight outfit.
Like I said, the kits arrived yesterday and included all the hoses, fittings, clamps instructions and hardware, which should make the installation quick and easy. I opted to use VANCO’s P/S pump for the Scout application and had my OEM rebuilt by one of his vendors for the T’all. Both are bolt-on applications, as I did not want to cut up each vehicle.
Once the rains stop here, and the annoyance of this thing called going to work allows the time, the system will go on the T’all first. I will take before and after pictures of both vehicles and post them along with commentary when finished.
I have found Van very cordial and easy to deal with and I feel I was offered a great deal when considering price/quality/service of the kits. Plus, he knows brakes like nobody’s business. I’ve gotten quite an education from him.
I hope this helps any of you who may be considering the move to a Hydro boost system for your vehicles. Don’t take my word, call him at: 800.256.6295 or email him at: VANCOPBS@aol.com

Actually we just finished it. The donor FJ had an aftermarket gear box, so our hose may be long. Of course the hardest part on the FJ is figuring out how much FJ is on that FJ. But yes, we can handle it. We "hi-flow" out our hydroboost if you have hydro steer for 0 adverse effects yes.

Does your setup use the cruiser master cylinder?
