Well, I Just got myself a new to me trailer, and it is JUUUUUUST wide enough for my kick on 31's. I have to drive over a fender to get it on all the way. I have a 2" BS wheel, w/ 31x11.50 LTB's.

Question is, when I goto yota axles, am I not going to be able to fit??? gonna run a 33, either 10.50 or 12.50, not sure yet. Probably a radial tire, cause what I do doesn't really require a swamper, just a good radial.

So I Need to know the actual width of some zuk's on yota axles w/ some 33's on it. Post up! Thanks. :smokin:

sounds like your trailer is too narrow, my buddy on dana 60s 65" wide and 38.5X16 swampers hummer rims with about 3.5" backspacing fits his trailer like a glove.

Hello Fellow Ohioan, i got some help for ya.

Stock Toyota front axle measurements for comparison:
55.5" wide, 29" spring perch centers, '79-85 Toyota trucks and 4runners
63.5" wide, (set up for coil springs) 90-97 FJ80 and FZJ80 Landcruisers
'86-95 IFS front end is about 58.5" wide
'93-98 T100 IFS front end is about 65" wide

Toyota Rear Axle Widths:
55" wide, '79-85 trucks/4runners
58" wide, '86-95 trucks/4runners
60.75" wide, '95.5-up Tacomas/4runners
66.75" wide, '93-98 T100 trucks

That is the mounting face on which the wheel mounts to. I would go measure my rig, but the tire's and wheels 2.5" BS are fairly large and I know they wouldn't fit on your trailer.

do you think with some standard BS wheels on the yota's you could just air down so the tires wrapped on the edge of the trailer? then chain it down and roll?

I have the same issue with my ditch witch trailer and zuk on 31"s with 15x8 2.5bs wheels

Cool, thanks for the help fellas! Time to get out the tape measure....

Well, after some measuring, looks like I'll need it widen, which means I'll have to have some drive over fenders.

O well, looks like I'll just trim the fenders so I fit for now, then next yr widen it a bit.

how much wider will it be with toy diffs?

i thought the kick diffs were 4 inch wider then toy diffs?

well, I have rear disc on my kick, and I measured outside of the disc to the outside of the disc. I dunno how close that puts me to the WMS to WMS measurement, but I got 55".

I think I'll just make the fenders removable and add 2" L channel to the sides of the trailer. Should end up being plenty enough.
