Red Chevy Girl 03-07-2002, 10:50 PM The rear axle came out of a 86 F250 2wd diesel extended cab, I can't seem to find any IDing marks that I have been told about (they could just be buried under all of the grim). It has a 12 bolt diff cover, 8 lug, on the bottom right side (looking at it from behind) its stamped with 5302, the metal tab on it is stamped with V126A 3.55 102 5L25 Thanks in advance, Kristen emsoffroad 03-07-2002, 11:12 PM 10.25 But I guess you knew that since you did a search. and the 10.25 didn't give it away? Next I guess you will ask if it has 3.55 gears? If it were a D60, you should be able to find a "60" cast into the housing. I guess you can also throw a "61" in the mix which is junk. On a good note, it sounds like a limited slip if you care for those things. | |
