im building a 1979 ford 3/4 ton dana 44 for my zj and want to know how you mounted your drivers side coil bucket and control arm mount to the axle because the cast of the pumkin is in the way. how did you get this to work while still staying strong enough to not worry about the mount? show me pictures, a build up, basically anything that will help will be great. thanks.

I don't know how your planning to do your uca on that side of the axle but if it involves welding to the pumpkin just mig your perch to the cast while it is preheated for the other weld. mine is mig welded to the cast and i've never had an issue with it. Strenght isn't much of an issue on that side as long as you get a good weld on the side where the perch will rest on the axle tube. however if you plan to use the drivers side perch for the trac bar mount it needs to be damn strong.

the coil bracket was near the pumkin, but enough space to put Electrac cover
