There is a write up on them, but personally I found the kit fawking expensive for what it is. I did a lot of seaching myself and came up empty handed.
I ended up building my own kit.
used 1980 Monte Carlo Calipers (really any front fullsize GM car caliper will work from the same generation)
all the mounting hardware (bolts, brake lines, fittings) for the above calipers.
Got a set of disc brake mounting brackets from a circle track shop (they were $30 for both)
Calipers were Front 1/2 ton 4x4 rotors (you need the IFS ones cuz the hats are bigger). You will still need to open the centre of the hat up a bit so that he caliper will sit correctly on the axle (not that hard, with a grinder).
Whole kit cost me about a 1/3 that it would be to buy, and it was pritty easy job to do.
