I have a 1987 4runner i live in stockton thats near Sac i need to know if there is any shops that i can get a solid axle swap done for a good price around stockton, side note which are better downey headers or lc engineering headers

I don't know any good shops, but I'll bet someone here does.

There is a seach button at the top of the page. Click it and go to "advanced search". A search should bring up some threads about which header to use. Try selecting only Toyota & 4Runner Tech and search only titles for "header". You should find all kinds of stuff.
