I've got an '02 F250 7.3 PS. I'm running 35's on it and was wondering what size leveling kit guys are using, what brand and are you happy with it? I would rather do a leveling kit instead of a complete lift, but if the prices are pretty close, might as well lift it.

Thx, I thought I did, but obviously wasn't paying too much attention!

The leveling kit from Les Schwabs (tough country) rides pretty decent and its not too expensive.

Beware tho, a leveling kit may have the rear squatting when towing a load.

I have a BDS on mine 05 f350. I had the same on my 2000 f350. With our new trailer is squats a little more than I like.

I have the Pro Comp on my 250. Its rides OK, I did airbags in the rear to level it out. I needed them when towing even with a WD hitch setup. I would recommend going with a higher end kit. I am going to switch to bilstein shocks in the front to help with the ride.

I would of went with a hanger kit but I had a busted front leaf.

Good Luck,

Rk

I run a procomp on my 04 F-350. It rides better than the add a leaf on my 99 F-250 did.

I used x code springs, lifted about 1.5 over my stock 250 (u codes) the rear sits about .5 higher now. Could easily swap a zero rate in for 3/4 to 1" and it would. These springs with some better shocks (got the ones from cageoffroad.com for a great price) and this thing rides GREAT. The nice thing is, the x codes are facory, and most (or all) ford techs wont really take notice of it, if it goes in for anything related to warranty.
