I am trying to figure out what would be the best tire to run on my new PSD. I have the 20 inch wheels off of the 06 and the 18 off my last one. I would like to run 35s, but when I ran Nitto Mud Grapplers on my last one it killed the millage (dropped like 5 miles a gallon).

Choices
Toyo Open Country MT (also comes in 20)
Load Range E
Weight 81lbs
Price $265

Nitto Mud Grappler (also comes in 20)
They say it also weighs 81 (don't see how the nitto and toyo weigh the same)
Load Range E
Price $235

Cooper Discovery STT (No on the 20 / Looks just like the toyo)
Load Range D
Weight 67lbs
Price $240

BFG Mud
Load range D
Weigt 65lbs
Price $260

The price is not a big deal, but I would like to get a little better millage then what I got out of my Nittos. Any suggestions???
Thanks

I'd look into the Toyo's....

I had a set of M55s - IMO, a very strong tire, supper rugged, and wore like iron.

Have you checked out the Nitto Terra Grappler? I have them on my Dodge and really like them. I have the LT325/65 R18 121R, tread depth 16.5, dia. 34.88, width 12.99, rim 9.0-(9.5)-10.0, max weight/pressure 3195@50.
