check out some of the other jeep setups, id be willing to bet it would be fairly easy using other jeep parts, maybe one of the fullsize trucks? not sure if they came in standard, but was the same platform if im not mistaken (i know they are VERY similar and same body, but im not a jeep dood...)

The J truck assembly bolts in otherwise the earlier waggys had the option of manual trannies so they are available too. You will need a hydraulic setup though so keep that in mind.

Its a 12 valve mechanical pump with the getrag 5spd. and whatever the t-case is im unsure. pump has been turned up but no major mods...yet. just straight pipe. frame is pretty damn strong looking on the wagoneer. as thick as the dodge frame. ill post pics soon.

any pics yet.. I gotta see this :)
How much lift did the FSJ need to get the engine to fit between the hood and axle? Any probs getting the trans/tcase to fit. If it is the stock drive train from the dodge it would be a NP205 trasfer case.

I'd like to see pics as well. What did you use for engine mounts? I want to put a 4bt on my wagoneer frame with a stretched cj-7(a little longer than an 8) body. A 6bt would be way overkill for what I want to do.

I too would love to see pictures of this thing when it's done! Oh yeah, no help on the clutch though :)

Do you have the donor truck? I'd take the whole pedal assy and master cyl off of that. If you don't have the donor truck, I'd hit up the pull your part, check all makes, but keep in mind that you need a master with a comparable bore size. I've got a Fucked Over Rebuilt Dodge, a 75 F250 4WD with a 91 6bt and overdrive auto, its almost done, but I'm not scrapping my donor truck till this thing hits the highway. I'd like to see some pics. Good luck!
