The Samurai flanges are interchangeable. Find or order a flange of a 90 or newer Samurai.

Well I did check into that, dealers says they need a Vin#
to tell the diff. between the too. I think the guy was just being
lazy and local yards dont seem to have any newer sami's in them right now. Just thought somebody might be doing something creative. Not to mention the flanges from the dealer are about $65.00 pc. and Im not going to pay that unless I absolutely have to

you can use the geo tracker rear flange on there t-cases they have the large flange but you still nee to find 89 up for the front beacuse the seal are didfent on the t-case . on the diff i have herd of people redrilling them

I was originally going to just redrill but the large ends on the driveshaft actually overhang the small sami flange for bolt up the flange just physicaly not large enough. I have seen a few Trackers around maybee I can get one off those from the yard.
If I understand you correctly I can use the rear tracker flange on both diffs and the rear output of the t-case

Just the rear t-case flange will work on tracker you have to knock the dust sheild off and then it will work . on the diffs hummm never thought of that but un sure if they will work never tried .

Yes im hard to understand get told that everday LOL

I am doing the same thing, I just found some from a 90 samy,
can you just pull it of and slap the new one in without pulling the diff or t-case out??
