I would like to get a tube to use as a spare for my 42's. Can you give me a size or a part number for the correct sixe tube AND one that will have the correct size valve stem to fit through the rim.
Most tubes this size have tractor stems that won't fit through the rim of my beadlocks.

Several people I know have bought the ones summit carries. They have the right size valve stem and supposedly work in at least 38.5's. They are sure expensive though like $45 or so.

Even my backup tube for my 35" tires cost close to 30. This is a low-volume part, so it is costly.
I get mine through my local Goodyear shop -- they can custom order anything, and this is not common stock. Find a local shop that can do the unusual stuff... make some calls.
