I am trying to go riding at PiPi valley ( elkins flat ) Dave Alpo 03-09-2002, 08:02 PM If your talking about The Mormon Imigrant road that goes from Sly Park over to Hwy 88, then no, it is not gated but it is not plowed either, It is called the Iron Mnt. road on this board. It is open to anybody with a snowmobile or 4 wheel drive with the balls to play in the snow.
