I have been asked to head up the logistics for the Labor Day weekend in Rich's absence. He has promised to send me the info that he has but said it wasn't complete as some of you haven't made it to a meeting yet. I thought this would be the easiest and quickest way to gather the info on those that are still interested.
PLEASE SIGN-IN EVEN IF YOU CAN'T WORK OR BE THERE (building a current list).
1. Name & screen name.
2. E-Mail address.
3. If you can work or not.
4. If so considering Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon what time slots are you available for?
5. What section of the trail do you prefer (no guarantees here)?
6. Do you have a shirt or not (FOTR or RTP)?
7. Do you have a camera (Digital or Analog)?
8. Are you already RTP (been trained) or do you want to get involved?
That's it I think.
Please do this ASAP as we only have less than a week 'til Labor Day and I need to inform those that are available by Tuesday or at the latest Wendnesday.
