These guys are awesome and they deserve some:beer:
Super cool guys roaming the trails on their quads picking up trash. The good news is, they weren't finding much this past weekend. Mostly car parts that someone wouldn't notice falling off. The trail looked clean! Good work volunteers!

That cracks me up!

When I ran the trail a few weeks ago right befor the work day I noticed that we had allot harder time collecting trash and stuff than usual. I don't even think that we hauled out more trail trash than our own this year. That's pretty unusual for our group. Only a few "white flowers" around Buck and a couple bits of 4x4's along the trail, stray can here and there. It was really nice to see the trail not completly polluted.

Good work to all involved.

Been up a few times this summer and definately the cleanest in many years.

Hey Tom,

Still driving my old rig? I'll be checking out your '05 Jambo site, I hope to be there next year.

Hey TK

Thanks. Actually yes....I was pleasantly surprised how little trash...I mean cans...bottles. Stuff clearly discarded. I found TONS of broken zip ties...that obviously snapped off Boot covers and such....hoses...etc. I think we found around 5 or 6 cans....and they were all around Loon. Once we hit Gatekeeper...that stuff wasn't around.

We did find a steak wrapped in foil!!...probably cooking on the engine and it fell. Someone I'm sure was bummed when they lifted the hood.
