Where can i buy a new or rebuilt ZF 5speed for a 6.9L disel pickup?

look on ebay and you should be able to find plenty of places

NEW NEW isn't going to happen since they are 5 yrs out of production you'll be able to find remans. most good trans shops will sell you the trans if you dont' have a core you'll just have to pay a bit more. They may not list the ZF for the 6.9 since it never came behind that engine so you may have to tell them a mid-late 90's 7.3 same pattern but as you're well aware of some people can't look something up if they don't have a year model truck that is in thier book or computer.

I've had good luck with www.mantrans.com with trans for other vehicles they are quite a ways from you so I'm sure someone can make a suggestion that's a bit closer to NorCal to save you a bit on shipping.

PM grljeeper Her dad works for a place that is a zf dealer I believe. I know last time i was there they had a a few zf trannys. They might even have a dealer closer to you then where he is (fresno).
