I'm in the process of rebuilding my dana 44 front end from a 78 chevy blazer. I need all new bearings and seals and was wondering if anyone has a diagram with that stuff on it. like a breakdown of the complete front end. I need all the bearings and seals for the knuckles and a few other things. thanks

Ok well I got the diagram but it has no names for anything. I need new wheel bearings, races, seals, and the needle bearing and seals inside the spindle. do you guys know where I can get this tuff sinze autozone doesn't have any of it. it's for a 78 dana 44. thanks

Im sure that autozone has it, but the parts people that usually work there aren't smart enough to find them. I have always liked carquest for knowledgeable sales people.

One thing you could do is get the numbers off your old bearings and seals and they should be able to cross refrence the number for you.

The spindle bearing kit p/n is SBK-1 for federal mogal. If Auto zone can't figure out the wheel bearings and seals then they are idiots and you should NEVER go there. :flipoff2:

If you have the BOM # then you can get part numbers Here (http://www2.dana.com/pdf/X510-9-4-GM-A.PDF) Otherwise I would go to a Napa store that has someone knowledgeable and have them look the parts up for you. :D
