hello i have searched around and found a little info on converting front disks for 5 lug 15 inch wheel but id really like to see some or hear from people that did it. the axle im looking to convert is a 79 dana 60 high pinion that im putting in my early bronco but like i said i want to make it 5 lug and 15 inch capable i already have the beadlocks from my d44. pictures of your setups would be awsome . thanks
Wagonner Machine Shop, among some other companies has a conversion kit for doing what you are looking for. I don't know if it spelled right, but try searching for them. :)

One of the pictures is some of my stuff sitting on the bench.
If your going to use the wedges for the c-bushings you will need to have some spacers fabbed to take up the extra dia. of the axle tube or grind some material out of the wedges.
Easiest way that is pretty much bolt on is to use chevy knuckles & spindles and get a coversion kit from Highhonda or this place http://venturesparts.com/
I would like to see someone with a how to on coverting the Ford stuff.
One benefit on using the chevy stuff is the spindles except 35 spline outters with out reaming.

thanks for the pictures that setup looks great i really dont have a problem with switching to chevy outers if i totaly have to but i am going to persue the ford setup some more. a friend of mine just bought a set of ford conversion brackets off ebay but he is not ready to use them so im going to strip down one of my 60s this weekend and see how they look. the only thing is the bracket bolts on then has two ears that bolt onto that for the caliper to bolt to. one other thing did you machine down the inner and outer of the hub to fit rotor and wheel or did you buy new hubs. thanks

I bought this kit linky (http://www.dynatrac.com/5-6-lug.htm) used off e-bay
If you look at the backside of the stock ford rotor / hub there really isn't any way to get a 5x5.5 bolt patern in there, but then again most anything can be done, people have used the ford knucles / spindles but they tend to use 1/2 ton rotors.
