What did you use to stretch the WB and what did you do about your gas tank or does your diff not hit it under flex?

Silly,

Everyone has different tastes, and goals...and for my $, you my friend have just NAILED it.

So clean and simple, custom, cool, but not toooo much tube. Proper tire size / lift / wheelbase proportions, and OD to top it.

VERY nice !

Now - give us more of a rundown...I wanna copy (next project):D

The whelbase is achieved just with custom springs and spring hanger locations?

Any mode to the frame required (other than the new shackle / hangar mounts?)

Fuel tank has to be moved....any issues up front steering wise? How much do the front and rear each contribute to the stretch?

I could go on and on.....just give me very little detail and I'll be happy :p

Cheers

Well the steering box has to be moved....I got about 5 in the front and about 6-7 in the rear. The front may see 1 more inch when I do the TJ coils and nuttly long links. The frame stays the same for the most part...the rear shackle mounts are on the rear bumper now. That's about it.

Any more questions fire away.

That's about the WORST typo ever! What a dork I am...what I meant was...

Just give me EVERY little detail !

Rear spring, front hanger....is it under or outside the frame?

Rear Springs...F150? Offset how much? Long part to front?

Front springs...same questions

Moving the steering box....Did you just move it forward, or up or down too?

What did you use for a steering shaft?

Hey silly.....

I have had the F150 springs on my Cruiser for about 2 years now ever since Mike told me to try them out. They are really flexy. How long is your rear shackle and how far apart are your solid mount and shackle mount? I was thinking of running a shorter shackle like 5" or something. I currently have 7" shackles with the F150s and they are too long. Looks like you are using the factory Ford shackles.

Got any flex shots? I would also like to see the rear shackle mounts closer. I have to remount mine off the back of the bumper by 2" or so.
