I've done search after search, but came up empty.
Does anyone know where I can get information on Rebuild, Service or Maintenace of a Cold Duck Transfer Case?
I would contact Wild Horses, I am sure they could help you even though they don't sell them anymore. :)

Aren't the cold ducks just two dana 20 tranfer cases joined together with an adapter? Wouldn't you repair/ rebuild them just like a normal dana 20 just times 2 ? Sorry to answer your question with a question...

its only 2 dana 20's the only thing special is the output shaft that adapts them.
Its a standard dana 20 rebuild.

I guess my main guestion is, What should the gear Oil level be in the front case. Mine has a hose that goes from tom to bottom. Seems to be the only access ports to drain or add any type of oil. Sooo, I topped it off to the top hose port and it puked gear oil all over :barf: ......To make things worse my vent was extened above my headers....So, now I'm using smoke signals to communicate with......
I need to replace seals and gaskets anyway, I'm not one who like oil drops in driveways.
Thanks for info guys,,,,I will make some calls and see if theres a manual in print or a website that I haven't found yet. :D
