Just picked this 69 up today. It's in prety decent shape. I don't like the color at all. I will probably paint it this winter. 38's have to go, needs power steering and disc brakes, plus some tlc. Runs great for a 1F, but slow as heck!

I will probably put my 4.3/sm465 in it and just put the 1F into my stock 66 fj40 that will now end up remaining mostly stock rather than building it up like I had planned.

Not sure if I've ever posted any pics of this one before, so here goes. This a 66 and although it may look rough, it's actually 99% dent and rust free. Right now it's almost completely stripped down. I plan on going through it and prety much restoring it with the exception of maybe2 or 3 inches of lift and 33's, powersteering, and disc brakes. Otherwise stock. This may take as much as 2 years to finish due to time and money. But I'm sure will be a fun experience.

jeff , ...........hawgs, mudders........whats up with you and the retro tires? :D i had mudders they were ok but they wore out quick.

Kinda funny I guess, last time I had a set of monster mudders was about 16 years ago and they were 38.5's too. They look cool, but too large for a 6 banger to push, plus they have crappy road manners.
