Nice bike but I would say you could get 50% of new price out of it. Bikes are cheap now that everyone sells them.

naw. just want to get a fs bike.

It was a $1300 bike when i bought it but that was like 6 years ago. tinl I could get $500 for it?????

I would think so -

It doesn't have V-Brakes (not necessary but one of those gotta have items for the new crowd).

If the wheels are good and it has an LX or better
groupo you should get $500 or more.

What kind of FS - DH or XC?

I have an XLarge '99 Specialized Elite (more of a DH bike, strong and heavy) for sale. Disk brakes, triple crown fork, XTR, blah blah blah.

well it has shimano gear sets and Coda everything else. I think the gear sets are XTR but not positive. It is the XL frame which fits my 6'6" body very well. Hardly a scratch on it but it has been ridden just not in the last year. Been to busy doing other things. I think it needs a new chain but other than that it is in tip top shape.

I have no clue what I am looking for in a bike. I really like the Jekals that cannondale have just cause you can lock out the rear suspension. My friend had a Super V but $3000+ is to much to spend on a bike that gets ridden 20 times a year.
