Me, Gearman, and Welderboy just made it to Farmington. We wanna go out and check out the new trail(s) in Aztec, if possible. Jaffer, or landuseorc, or someone else wanna show us where it's at?

I think Jaffer has some new CTMs and Warn Shafts. It shouldnt be too hard to get John out on the trail to test them.

The Rock Garden club meeting is tonight (Tuesday) at the Farmington Civic center (Behrend and Arrington streets) at 7:00 PM
There will be any number of guys there who will show you the trails.
I was on 'The Spider' last month so if all else fails, I'll be happy to go out there and show the way.

Looks like the best chance for anybody wanting to get the tour of the new Rock Garden trails near Aztec NM will be this Sunday, after the (Fri.-Sat.) RCAA (ARCA) meet.
A few locals will be heading out that way with visits to the new Spider Canyon trail (where this years Rock Garden Competition will be held) and maybe the brand new, not fully developed Anaconda Trail I just learned about last night.
This new one sounds really tough ...
I'll drag the Farmington Best Western parking lot (this weekend's ARCA home base) Sunday mourning for any unfamiliar with this area and needing to find the way to these trails.
Most can spot my blue CJ-7 cuz it still doesn't have a hood!:emb4:
