you may have steering arm issues but other than that yes

I tried the hummer rims on my Chevy SW 60 Front and they interfere pretty heavily with the calipers. The steering arm interferes also. The rim is offset from the WMS by about 3/4-1" before grinding. The Ford axles seem to fit fine. Only the drag link interferes when it rotates out of position. I replaced mine with Heim joints and it clears.
