I'm selling my Jeep!
It's a 48CJ-2A, with a 3A front window.
It's got a 3.8L buick (late model with MPFI)
It's adapted to a fresh 4l60 4 speed automatic transmission.
(I just had the transmission rebuilt, with upgraded internals for wheeling)
the auto is mated to a Novak adapter, which is mated to your choice of cases.
(Either a new rebuilt dana-18 2.48/1) or (O'brien dana-18 with 3.6/1 gears)
it's sitting on 35inch big-o mud terrain tires, with 90% tread. Spare matches, and it's never been on the ground.
It's got a scout (dana44 front axle) and jeep J-10 (dana44 rear end)
The front axle is locked with a lockrite, and the rear is locked with a detroit.
both pumpkins are 5.38/1 ratio. Both axles are 5on5.5 pattern.
4 wheel disks, and extra shafts included.
It will come with a Warn 9000Xpi winch, and controller, which works really well. The cable is still in very good shape.
This Jeep was on the cover of Petersons in 1998, I have the magazine in my toolbox, which will go to the new owner.
I'll even throw in a couple sticks of 1.5/.120 hrew for the new owner to make a better cage.
Anyhow, I want $5,500 for the rig with the stock case, and $6,200 for the O'brien cased jeep.
