I'm puttting a dana 44 from a 76 bronco into my 95 Ranger, I understand I need to fab a trac bar mount. Would I be able to use the drop trac bar mount made for EB instead of making it myself? And should I go for the 3.5" or 5.5" BC bronco coils? I'm running 33's now with a 5.5" lift, but as soon as I do the sas I want to be running 35.

Tiessen is running an EB style D44 in the front of his Exploder with 3.5" Duff EB coils; but due to the fact that the Ex is lighter it translates to about 5-6" with lost of flex.

If you go with the 5.5" coils, you can place your coil buckets where they need to be for the perfect ride height. If I ever swap out coil buckets on my bronco, I'll probably go with a 5.5" coil. I've heard they don't flex any better than the 3.5" though.
The trac bar mount is really easy to make. If you don't mind welding to the frame, it will be really really easy. I prefer bolt on stuff. The trac bar mount is probably the most important part of the swap. They tend to fail. As I understand, even the EB crowd has problems with this from time to time. I suggest over engineering it. And if you can afford it, get an adjustable trac bar. It makes fine tuning a breeze. After your coils sag a bit, it will need to be adjusted.
Without the trac bar, you can NOT steer. The body just moves from side to side on top of the axle.

I got mine already made when I bought the axle but it is pretty simple in design. Here is a shot of mine (http://racinhound.homestead.com/files/SploderSport/sploder2.jpg) it is a 79 D44 brkt that has some added to it. It mounts with the 3 steering box bolts and has survived me ripping the gearbox off the frame. Whatever you end up doing take Nobody's advice OVER DO IT this is the problem area with the amount of stress put on these brackets.

Did you go full width racinhound?
I have to rebuild my trac bar mount. Now that the 302 is in, and the coils have settled, the axle isn't exactly centered anymore. I also had the original bracket too far back, so under full compression the trac bar hits the diff cover.
I'm considering using a full width trac bar. It might stick out too far and hit the tire though. I haven't looked at it that close yet.

Adjustable trac bars are cool. Move the rear this way then that way. Made my own from the stock trac bar and stock tie rod.

Yes and no..... Full width cut down 6"s. I bought it that way and it was out of another Sploder and bolted basically in other than the few holes I had to drill.

I am definetly getting an adjustable trac arm. Any suggestions? I know Superlift and BC broncos make them, anybody else?
Im still undecided if I will go with the BC drop trac bar mount or fab up this one (sorry its so big, its the only way to see everything):
