I'd like to know a ballpark weight for my trailer...I have no idea...
16' basic utility trailer
box tubing top rail (not angle iron), probably thinner so not much more weight
2 3500# axles
2x8x16 treated lumber floor
standard 2" bulldog type tongue and hitch
Not really looking for specific weight, more like, "sounds close to 1250-1400" or something...

You just perfectly described my old utility trailer....1180# including spare and 5' angle iron ramps.

Well shit, I guess I should have mentioned it has a spare and 5' angle iron ramps, because it does...
If yours is anything like mine then you had a damn good trailer.

Oh....didn't notice the square tube top rails ditty....mine was angle. Yeah, it pulled really sweet and the guy I sold it to loves it. Man, I pulled that thing all over the Eastern US and my wheeling buddy Will pulled it more miles than I did. Here's a flick when I was reconning it:

But, I love my new all steel dovetail flatdeck though payload is down because it weighs 2100#.

I'd guess in the mid-1200lb range. Sometimes I wish I had a trailer similar to that, my trailer weighs well over 6K, EMPTY

I built mine a little heavy so I will never have to ever worry about carrying stuff
Mine is 2040lbs

16ft X 82"
2x3500lb. axles
flat treated wood deck
rectangular tubing frame and tounge and angle iron crossmembers
1640 without ramps or spare.
I would guess yours would be around 1500 with ramps.
