Can anyone tell me when/where/ how much, I can get the outer assembly rotated to correct for caster/ pinion angle change?

Also would there be a problem with getting a solid axle for a front Dana 30 on the pass. side w/ an open diff (i.e. getting rid of that dumb slip collar), and letting the whole front drive train turn all the way up to the t-case?

2-250 lbs somewhere round there. Use www.forwardair.com $22.22 per 100lbs

As for eliminating the disconnect you will have to remove the seal at the outer edge of the disconnect and install a seal at the pass side of the diff - sorry no part #'s but just get the year it came out of and measure the diam of the seal surface on the new one piece inner axle - get 297x joints while your at it...

You also need either pull the shift fork or make a cover plate for the shifter housing

You need to go down and get a nomex flame suit as you about to get burnt to a crisp :flipoff2:
- but seriously you would just get one from a junkyard (tj shafts work fine and are 297x) or go to warn and get alloys for the tj app. Seal stuff is your own leg work at the parts counter....
