I have seen alot of crusiers with a leaky gas cap on side hills, including mine. Does anybody have a good looking fix for this problem. I was thinking a different filler neck but I want a good looking gas cap if I do that.:roxy:

On my 68 there is a small hole just below the cap on the bottom side (from memory). A vent I presume, yours should be the same. You need a vent to prevent a vacuum in the tank, which will stop it cold. My current solution is to avoid the urge to fill up before wheeling.
If you plugged this, you would need a vented cap, which would leak also in the same position.

Is it just the cap leaking or is the rubber part of the neck leaking?
If it's just the cap go to kragen or pep boys and buy a replacement cap and paint to match your rig.
My rubber piece cracked on me a few years back and I just replaced that with part of an old radiator hose that had a 90* bend in it.
