Now for my stupid question for the night. I am not understanding my shift pattern for my 203. I have 4 high and 4 high loc, then there is also 4 low and 4 low loc. What is 4 high and low loc? And if I was to add a twin stick shifter set up what would I have and how would that work?

you dont twin stick a 203 you would gain nothing.
the lock is just that, a 203 has an internal diff to equalize power on the street and allow difference in wheel speed without binding any thing up. the lock locks the internal diff so that power is 50/50 no slip difference. you could in theroy get the front in a hole and just the front tires will spin. [i never did have that happen though]
if you twin sticked it you would have one as a lock and the other high/low. giving you exactly the same choices you had, except your now 150$ in the hole.

Actually, I twin sticked my 203 for free, just fabbed it up and used a second shifter from another case, pretty simple. Why did I do it? Because it kept popping out of low lock no matter how I adjusted it. I guess it was worn but that seemed to fix the problem.
