Holy Shit, is it tuesday or what?
Ok dude, lift blocks wont do anthing for SUA except lower it. You have to have spring over for a lift block to help you out any in the lift department. An add-a-leaf is an additional spring leaf you add to you currnet spring pack. AAL are usually thicker than the stock leafs and have more arch to to them. An AAL forces the other springs to arch more when you bolt the spring pack back together, thus netting you some lift. AAL tend to wear out rather quickly, and lose most of their lift, because they are being forced to do most of the work of that spring pack. If youre going to lift something. do it right and buy new spring packs.
