Question about Radius Arms

First of all I did a search. There is just so much freaking info on this it is baffling me, but I think I got my questions narrowed down to two.

Is there a place to get the hardmount piece on the axles that the C bushings and clamps go around? Or do I need to get those off a old axle?

I've heard a pretty reliable rumor that james duff is selling these. You have to call them cuz they aren't listed on their website. I don't know a price either.
