going to go for the week... longest time ever in Tellico.... I'm excited about the camping... going to ride before Dixie Run begins, then just hang out and enjoy watching others...

I'll be there with the Middle Tennessee Trail Runners cooking breakfast Friday and Saturday mornings.
Planning on getting there Wednesday night, or Thursday morning. Might get in a little riding on Thursday, but may not even bring the rig at all.

I think the "cause" for Dixie Run is worth your time and money, but that may just be my opinion. After all - Dixie Run funds are the primary reason Tellico is still open to ride today.

Exactly, If it weren't for SFWDA, and Dixie run there would be no tellico, so go and support southern even if your not riding.

Anyone know for sure on the rumor that Crawford sold the campground? If so who bought it?

I'm registered, and will prob. camp in the bigger field that is set up in the field behind all the vendors and such. I'll be in a white 4runner limited(street machine) with a few others camping in tents. Let's try and meet up and put faces with names!

Yes its true. A guy by the name of Danny Sluscher (sp?) bought it.

I live in the area. And my friends and I will be attending the ride. We have a mixed croud of rigs. I understand that the vendor ride is on Thursday. That one will be worth going on if you are already up there. Otherwise I think the layout is going to be different this year. They have cleared a huge area along side on trail six and I have heard it will be a new parking / camping area. It is the largest clearing at Tellico so I assume it will be the new gathering area for the event. We are going to ride lower two on Saturday morining frist thing. I would say join us but from past events we be lucky to see each other let alone ride together.

Wish I could make it, but I will be there 13th thru 16th

I'm registered and i'll be there thursday evening. Hopefully I'll get more riding in than I did last year. I plan on doing the rockcrawl deal on friday at crawfords.

Leaving at 8 in the morning, probably try to run Upper 2 tomorrow afternoon. Don't want to risk breaking on anything too bad before the rest of our group get there.

We should be finished w/ my winch mount in a few hours(last minute projects blow)

My 3 yr old daughter is riding shotgun with me.
It's her first big trip, I hope it's a good one:cool2:
