I plan on using it for truck stuff etc. Probably nothing over 1/2". It can sure weld some think metal with. As for the price, that seems to be a good fair price. Remember you'll still need a regulator, bottle, shield and a glove. I got mine w/ regulator and a 20lb Argon/CO2 tank out the door for $780.00 including tax- took a little dickerin' to do it tho :D that was in May of last year- figure a tank is about $120.00, and a good regulator is around $140.00, so I'd say you've got room to gett'm down some. later | |
