No pics, I'm not sure whats involved in changing the shaft. Full disassembly of the shock I'm sure. The bent shock is actually on the buggy right now. It works, I just think that it would be best to change the shaft out.

Where are you located? Do you have part # for the shocks? Is your spare shaft new or used? Ryan

I'm in Chandler, AZ. No part number. They are the fox air shocks that everyone has, 18" travel. The spare shaft is brand new, I bought it from PolyPerformance.

I'll post the pic you sent me......I assume the one on the right is the bent one??? I'm going to look into how they are charged and basically put together. I will get back to you tomorrow 9/23/05. The repair parts, it's just the shaft or does it need seals or something. I may give pig a yell in the morning......

I just have the shaft. The shocks are hardly used. I think maybe 3 trips and then I broke a link and everything went haywire. The one on the left is actually the bent one. You'd never know unless you saw it fully extended. In fact it takes air and will go up and down on a rig no problem. It's when you try to force it down by hand that it gets stuck about 4" away from full compression.

If you still have these towards the beginning of next week, I will send you some money. I just ordered up a set of shocks for the rear, and will have to wait til the next paycheck. :)
