Hydro Pump Question 12 Volt

I have the same pump pictured:

Since the directions suck I want to make sure I hook the darn thing up right so I don't blow it up............. :laughing:

Positive coming in from the battery goes to where the control hooks in???????

Negative is where I'm stumped. Directions say ground through mount, is that where to go, or to the obvious stud on the pump itself with the black cable, correct???????????

I got it from some guy name Jose. Cost me five minutes of my mom's time with Jose and what I'm going to use it for is a secret. Any more questions????????? :flipoff2:








Seriously, I got it off E-bay, don't remember what I paid and it's going to run my tube bender.
