FS in PA:Advance Adapter bellhousing for Jeep 6cyl.->NP435

I have abandoned a project and have an AA adapter for sale that has never been used. It is PN 712569, which is used to mate a Jeep 4.0/258/V8 to a Ford NP435/T-18/T-19. It is a full replacement bellhousing and comes with the clutch arm, boot, and throwout bearing.
This adapter retails for $400. I am willing to part with it for no less than $250, including shipping if needed.

I have one guy interested, but I do not have a definite yes. I will have to let you know on Monday. The price would stay $250 shipped. Of course you would have to be across the country so I get beat on the shipping, but I don't want to go back on my original offer.
