First of all I want to say I did a search and found nothing that answered my question fully. If you can point me to a good link that would be great.
I have an 84 SJ410 that I am in the process of making a trail out of and I have already swapped the frame, axles, 1.3 , trans, etc. My question is, I have the E-brake on the case and I want to keep it. I have the larger flanges I could put on it but I don't want to.
Could I:
1. Buy or make an spacer that would adapt them together.
2. Drill and tap new holes on the brake drum offset to the others.
3. Buy a new drum that has a larger bolt pattern.
4. Say to hell with it and put th larger flanges on
Suzuki gods I need your help. With all the fab you guys do someone has had to do something like this.
