To go with a new wiper motor, I believe you'll have to go with a larger arctic version that Toyota has offered as the only replacement since '78 (I think). Requires a larger cover. Read the service tip on part #192-01C:
http://www.sor.com/sor/cat192.tam?xax=29996&page%2Ectx=cat192%2Etam
SOR offers used motors along with the new, but if its street driven, I recommend new. My arctic model works great in sub-zero temps. Fast and strong sweeps with no hesitation. Great upgrade. More info on the motor & cover change. I didn't have to drill my '77 to get the new cover & motor to fit, so I don't know what drilling SOR is talking about under part # 192-01C:

Compare with dealer prices. FWIW, I'd buy from the dealer so I could match the old to the new without shipping issues. The dealer also offers the larger cover since SOR is just selling what Toyota sells since they changed to the larger motor for years that had the smaller cover like my '77 and on the rig you linked. Larger cover calls for matching gasket, too.
